Universal NutriBeverage's quality policy under ISO 9001:2000 is "Safe, quality beverage products & services through GMP and HACCP at affordable prices. Universal NutriBeverage is an approved plant from the ministry of Trade & Industry of Malaysia.

Universal NutriBeverage Sdn Bhd operates from a 1.2 acre production plant located in Shah Alam. At this site several ranges of products are produced and bottled, including the Sun Up & Hobury range of fruit concentrates, ready-to-drink juices, the 7 Rings range of cordials, and ready-to-drink fruit juices. Universal Nutribeverage also market natural mineral water under the brand name of Beta Spring.

We also caters for O.F.M. & contract packing for companies.

The factory is divided into two main areas, the warehouse building and the production cum office building. There is also a storage facility that is adjacent to the production building with cold rooms that ensures all imported raw materials are kept fresh.

The production apparatus and machinery are manned by trained QC personnel under close, stringent supervision to ensure that the highest standard of quality is consistently maintained for all the product ranges. Universal NutriBeverage QC personnel constantly run standard quality control tests to ensure a high level of quality and consistency in output.

The production building also houses the research and development centre where food technicians constantly strive to develop new nutritional and healthy products that are in line with Universal Nutribeverage's corporate philosophy. Each product that is launched by Universal Nutribeverage has gone through a development process to ensure that the product will have health and nutritional benefits. A new product is only commercially launched once it has passed a series of stringent tests in the fully equipped laboratory.

The Universal Nutribeverage factory and operations are ISO 9001:2000 Certified. In line with this certification, the Universal Nutribeverage factory and operations exercise the most stringent controls to continuously improve and enforce their "zero defect" policy. In addition to ISO certification, Universal NutriBeverage is progressively moving towards HACCP certification as part of the company objective to be competitive in the global market. On 14th December 2003, Universal NutriBeverage was awarded the Keris Award in recognition of it is honesty and intergrity in conducting business by our Deputy Finance Minister of Malaysia. It is Universal NutriBeverage's ongoing process to ensure that the factory complies with Malaysian government HALAL and health standards.
